Our Role in Your Care

Empowerment Health Services (EHS) provides ongoing outpatient mental health and psychiatric rehabilitation services designed to support your long-term wellness, stability, and independence.

However, crisis situations require immediate intervention. The 988 Lifeline is the fastest and most appropriate resource during a mental health emergency.

If you are currently enrolled in services with EHS, please follow up with your assigned provider or care team after the crisis has been addressed so we can continue supporting your care.
